People & Operations Consultant | Brooklyn, NY · $100K–$130K + Profit Sharing

About the Role

Companies bring us in when their KPIs, operations, and people aren't clicking — and this role is where the fixing happens. You'll get embedded in clients' businesses, take the lead on projects that push growth, and untangle the people-related challenges holding teams back. It's hands-on, relationship-driven work with real ownership: you'll build your own client base and share directly in the results you create.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Meet with clients on-site and get embedded in their day-to-day operations
• Take ownership of client projects from start to finish

Growth & Problem-Solving

• Push growth across client businesses and help sharpen KPIs and operations
• Tackle people-related challenges, from hiring to management

Building Your Client Base

• Grow and manage your own book of business
• Get support with new-client leads, billing, and full training as you ramp up

Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience or a background running a business
• Strong people skills and sharp instincts
• Organized, articulate, and self-directed
• Strong leadership presence
• HR and operations experience
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet clients on-site
