    People Development Coordinator
     
    Position Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt, Employee.
    Salary Range: Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
    Location: This position is based onsite at our Service Center in either Tempe, AZ, or Midvale, UT.

    About the Opportunity
    We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive People Development Coordinator to join our People Development team!
     
    Our team works to strengthen recruiting, retention, and the employee experience across the organization. As a People Development Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in that work by owning key processes, supporting projects and initiatives, and helping identify opportunities to improve how we support our leaders and teams. You’ll have the opportunity to build expertise in areas you own, collaborate with partners across the organization, and contribute ideas that help shape and improve our work. You’ll work alongside a team focused on helping leaders attract, develop, and retain great people. You’ll also have the opportunity to take real ownership of processes and projects that support that work.
     
    This is a great role for someone who loves creating organization, enjoys working with both people and data, and gets satisfaction from taking something from “someone should probably do this” to “done.”
     
    Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Indeed & Recruiting Support: Own and support affiliate location Indeed accounts, conduct regular audits, support employer branding and job ad consistency, assist with account administration and troubleshooting, and help identify opportunities to strengthen recruiting efforts.
    • Workday Recruiting & ATS Support: Support day-to-day Workday Recruiting processes, including requisition approvals and oversight, monitoring open and aging requisitions, answering recruiting system questions, troubleshooting common issues, and providing guidance or training to new and existing users.
    • Data & Reporting: Pull and organize recurring people and recruiting data, maintain reports and trackers, and help our team turn information into something useful and actionable.
    • Team Operations: Own recurring processes and help create systems that make our team more organized, efficient, and consistent.
    • Resources & Content: Help update tools, communications, and other resources used by our team and field leaders.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in HR, recruiting, project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred, but how you work is just as important to us as where you’ve worked.
    • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
    • Takes ownership and follow through without needing someone to constantly check in.
    • Enjoys figuring out how to make a process work better.
    • Comfortable working in Excel and learning new technology.
    • Can manage several priorities without losing track of the details.
    • Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating.
    • Comfortable with both structured, recurring work and projects where you may need to figure things out as you go.
    • Brings curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
