About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized People Project Coordinator to join our People Strategy and Operations team.

The primary task of this role is to:

Lead all Manager Self Service (MSS) lifecycle transactions including compensation adjustments, promotions, job changes, bonus entries, supervisor and title changes. Review all PAFs for accuracy and compliance, partnering with site teams to obtain correct documentation prior to processing. Provide support to managers without proxy access and approve transactions routed directly to me, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless processing across PeopleSoft and ADP.

You will also respond to, direct, and answer basic HR-related questions.

What You'll Do:

  • Update and maintain trackers.
  • Support employees and answer questions about the process as the main point of contact.
  • Send regular communications to employees and engage in routine follow-up and escalation for compliance with the process.
  • Audit data to ensure data is accurate. Submit tickets as needed to correct data.
  • Route issues to appropriate areas and follow up on them to ensure that tickets are closed out properly.
  • Communicate timely and relevant details to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project timelines are achieved and communicate any potential hurdles.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
  • Support other HR projects as needed.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The annual salary for the People Coordinator position is $75,000. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
