People Coordinator

Job Summary

The People Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the People/HR team and employees. This role helps coordinate day-to-day people processes, maintain accurate employee information, and ensure a positive employee experience.

The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day People/HR activities and employee requests.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Assist with employee documentation and HR-related communications.
• Coordinate meetings, training, and employee events as needed.
• Support recruiting and interview coordination activities.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR records.
• Partner with managers and People team members to resolve routine employee inquiries.
