People Center Coordinator

Twincraft Skincare is a custom contract manufacturer creating high-quality personal care products for many of the world's top brands, including Native, Necessaire, Lume, Glossier, and Dr. Squatch. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service-minded People Center Coordinator to be a go-to resource for employees across our Williston and Winooski facilities.

In this role, you'll help make the employee experience smoother, warmer, and more connected-from welcoming new hires and supporting orientations to assisting with benefits enrollment, payroll questions, and day-to-day People Center administration.
