Transcarent is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Commercial, Solutions Management, Marketing, and Consultant Relations organizations. Reporting to a Director, HRBP, this role will partner closely with leaders and employees across these teams to help build high-performing organizations, strengthen leadership capability, and translate business priorities into practical people strategies.
This is a hands-on HRBP role for someone who can move seamlessly between strategic partnership and execution. You'll need to understand the business, build trusted relationships with leaders, use data and judgment to identify opportunities, and help teams navigate growth, change, performance, and organizational complexity.
What You'll Do
Partner with leaders across Commercial, Solutions Management, Marketing, and Consultant Relations to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable people strategies.
Advise and coach managers on organizational design, talent planning, performance, development, engagement, and team effectiveness.
Support workforce planning and organizational changes, including role design, team structure, talent movement, and change management.
Identify talent risks and opportunities and partner with leaders on succession planning, retention, and development of critical talent.
Use people data and business insights to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and recommend solutions.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Solutions, People Relations, and other People Team partners to deliver a seamless leader and employee experience.
Help leaders navigate performance and employee relations matters with consistency, sound judgment, and appropriate partnership with People Relations.
Support annual and ongoing People processes including performance management, compensation, talent reviews, engagement, and workforce planning.
Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted, pragmatic advisor who can balance the needs of our people with the needs of the business.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve how we work as a People Team and how leaders interact with HR.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner supporting dynamic, fast-moving organizations.
Experience supporting go-to-market functions strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational goals, operating models, and talent implications.
Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders while building credibility and trusted relationships.
Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and change management.
Comfortable using data to identify trends, frame problems, and influence decisions.
Strong judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and sensitive situations.
A builder's mindset - willing to challenge existing processes, solve problems, and make things better rather than simply administer established programs.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can change quickly.
How You'll Show Up
You'll thrive in this role if you are business-minded, curious, pragmatic, and action-oriented. You build trust quickly, ask good questions, aren't afraid to challenge thinking, and know when to advise, when to coach, and when to roll up your sleeves and get something done.
At Transcarent, we're continuing to rethink how healthcare - and how work itself - can be better. We're looking for an HRBP who wants to help build what comes next, not simply maintain what already exists.

Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply unless they meet 100% of the job criteria.
