    About the Role

    Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our recruiting process-ensuring smooth interview coordination, exceptional candidate experience, and operational support for our global team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report directly to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate interview scheduling for multiple Recruiters and Sourcers, including high-volume video interviews, on-site meetings, and complex multi-layered interview arrangements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
    • Manage all interview logistics, including communication with candidates and hiring teams, interview debrief scheduling, and follow-up.
    • Assist with operational activities such as posting job advertisements, processing legal documents, and supporting special projects as needed.

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • Written Communication & Resume Formatting - Strong attention to detail and ability to format documents professionally.
    • Calendar Management Experience - 0-3 years of experience (including internships) with frequent scheduling responsibilities.
    • Education - High school diploma or equivalent.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Passion for recruitment and/or delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
    • Prior customer service experience with a focus on relationship-building.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
    • Strong collaboration skills with experience working as part of a team.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
