    Description

    MAU is hiring a People and Culture Manager for our client in Carrollton, GA. As a People and Culture Manager, you will partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational goals, talent development, employee engagement, and business performance. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

    Shift Information

    • Remote on Monday and Friday
    • 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday)
    • Minimal travel required

    Required Education and Experience

    • Bachelors degree
    • 5-7 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience
    • Experience supporting a sales organization
    • Strong employee relations experience
    • Demonstrated change management experience

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR
    • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
    • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or related industries
    • Experience with sales incentive governance, sales job frameworks, and sales workforce planning

    Essential Functions

    • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement People & Culture strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Lead policy development, implementation, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
    • Oversee talent acquisition activities.
    • Oversee onboarding processes.
    • Oversee training and development programs.
    • Oversee performance management processes.
    • Oversee employee relations activities.
    • Oversee benefits administration.
    • Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees regarding performance, collaboration, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
    • Conduct workforce analyses to identify development opportunities.
    • Conduct skills-gap analyses to support succession planning.
    • Lead change management initiatives.
    • Support organizational growth and transformation efforts.
    • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and evaluate program effectiveness.
    • Make data-driven recommendations based on HR metrics and analytics.
    • Ensure effective utilization of HRIS platforms and related systems to maintain accurate employee data and reporting.
    • Manage and develop direct reports.
    • Promote accountability and professional growth among team members.
    • Coach team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
