This is a full time HYBRID position in Hartford, CT.

Position Summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pensions Analyst to join our team! The Pensions Analyst will be responsible for post retirement processing due to death of primary retiree including client communication and reporting, communicating directly with payees, cost of living adjustments, calculation and recovery of overpayment, calculation and processing of underpayments, death benefits and tax withholding.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of knowledge and experience in pension death benefits
• 3+ years of customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work independently
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High degree of accuracy and timeliness in all responsibilities with an understanding that our retirees are treated with the best care, empathy, patience and importance.

Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
