Seeking for an experienced professional to provide technical leadership for the modernization of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega architecture, IT strategy, information security, technical architecture, data modeling, system integration, and enterprise application modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for Pega-based application modernization initiatives.
• Define technical architecture, IT strategies, and solution roadmaps for enterprise Pega applications.
• Lead application architecture, solution design, infrastructure integration, and deployment activities.
• Ensure Pega solutions comply with information security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
• Develop and promote reusable Pega design patterns, components, and architectural standards.
• Provide guidance on Pega case design, business case modeling, and data modeling.
• Design and oversee integrations between Pega and external enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate Pega vendor support and service requests as required.
• Provide technical direction to developers and support solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, stakeholders, and delivery partners to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on expertise with Pega Platform and Pega application architecture.
• Extensive experience providing technical leadership for enterprise Pega implementations.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, technical architecture, and environment/infrastructure strategy.
• Experience defining IT strategies and supporting enterprise application modernization.
• Strong understanding of information security and enterprise architecture standards.
• Experience with Pega case design, business case modeling, and data modeling.
• Experience designing enterprise system integrations and reusable Pega components.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
