Akkodis is seeking a Pega Infrastructure Analyst for a Contract with a client in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Pega platform infrastructure, including platform upgrades, cloud integrations, disaster recovery solutions, and containerized deployments to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Pega Infrastructure Analyst Job Responsibilities include:
Administer, upgrade, and support Pega platform infrastructure, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability across development, testing, and production environments.
Design and implement Kafka externalization and disaster recovery solutions, including replication, failover mechanisms, and business continuity processes.
Integrate and manage AWS OpenSearch services, Elasticsearch externalization, and Search & Reporting Service (SRS) connectivity to support scalable search capabilities.
Develop and maintain containerized deployment solutions using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Helm Charts, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) pipelines.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS, Kubernetes, networking, load balancing (ALB), and platform integrations while optimizing system performance.
Create technical documentation, deployment guides, operational runbooks, and provide production support, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related technical field.
6-8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Administration, Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Pega Infrastructure Support.
Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform administration and upgrades, Apache Kafka architecture, AWS OpenSearch/Elasticsearch integration, Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) implementations.
Proven expertise in disaster recovery planning, AWS networking and load balancing (ALB), deployment automation, production support, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and monitoring of enterprise applications and infrastructure platforms.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
