Our client is seeking a Pega Developer with a Full Scope Polygraph for an onsite position in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role supports mission-critical environments by designing, developing, and deploying enterprise workflows on the Pega platform, while ensuring compliance with security and accessibility requirements.

Position Description:
The Pega Developer will support a team implementing multiple workflow products across a large customer portfolio.
This role requires close collaboration with system engineers, DevOps teams, and UI/UX specialists to ensure workflows are compliant, efficient, and scalable within a large-scale enterprise application environment.
Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience designing and developing workflows on the Pega Platform.
Ability to collaborate with system, software, and UI/UX engineers to design and deploy solutions.
Experience ensuring compliance with security, accessibility, and performance requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications:
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher.
Experience with DevOps integration for Pega workflows.
Familiarity with enterprise-scale applications and environments.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
