Pay Rate:W2 (with 56 hours PTO):$50/hour

Position Description

We are seeking aData Science Analyst with strong Databricks, Python/PySpark, and SQL expertiseto support advancedmarketing data science and customer decisioning initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, marketing analytics teams, and decisioning platform stakeholders to enable faster implementation ofCustomer Decision Hub (CDH) modeling features, enhancedata analysis capabilities, and build scalableanalytical frameworks within Databricks.

This position plays a critical role in developingdata pipelines, analytical notebooks, and reusable query librariesthat enable teams to perform deeper analysis aroundcustomer engagement, predictive models, and marketing performance.

The ideal candidate is passionate aboutdata-driven decision making, model performance monitoring, and building scalable analytical toolsthat empower broader teams to extract insights from complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Analytical Development

Build and maintainquery libraries and scriptsto replicateCDH customer contextual objectswithin external analytics environments such asDatabricks.

Develop reusablePython, PySpark, and SQL notebooksto enable scalable data exploration and analytics across teams.

Standardizedata retrieval processes and analytical workflowsto improve efficiency and consistency across the analytics organization.

Marketing & Customer Decisioning Analytics

Support analysis related tocustomer interactions, engagement performance, and marketing model outcomes.

Mapmodel outputs to customer interactionsto analyzepredictor performance, model effectiveness, and engagement outcomes.

Conductdistribution analysis, arbitration analysis, and channel engagement analysisto improve marketing effectiveness.

Model Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Assist withback-testing methodologies and KPI baseline creationfor new modeling features.

Support ongoingmodel performance monitoringand contribute to updates in analytical logic and monitoring frameworks.

Analyzepropensity scores, model maturity, and feature adoption impactto support decision-making.

Operational Analytics & Insights

Create standardized analytical frameworks foractionable monitoring dataand operational insights.

Develop methods to detect whencustomer actions are not achieving intended objectivessuch as acquisition or engagement.

Build tools to monitoreligible audiences and campaign targeting effectiveness.

Required Skills / Education

Technical Skills

5-10 years of experience inData Analytics, Data Science, or Marketing Analytics

Strong experience withDatabricks

Advanced proficiency inPython and PySpark

Strong SQL skills fordata extraction, transformation, and analysis

Experience buildingdata notebooks, query libraries, and analytical pipelines

Experience performingdata analysis, statistical analysis, and model performance monitoring

Preferred Skills

Experience withPega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)or decisioning platforms

Experience supportingmarketing analytics or customer engagement analytics

Familiarity withpredictive modeling workflows and machine learning evaluation

Experience working withlarge-scale datasets in distributed computing environments

Education

Bachelor's degree inData Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field(or equivalent experience)
