Title: Pega Application Support Engineer
Locations: Mt Laurel, NJ (Local)
Duration: 6 Months +
Pay Range: $44 - $48/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pega Application Support Engineer to join our team in Mt Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega application support and cloud technologies, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pega application support experience including PDC – 2 years of heavy functional or technical support or Pega certifications
- Cloud Technologies & Frameworks – 2 years of technical support or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Experience with Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace – 2 years of technical support
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to successfully deliver competing priority items and identify process improvements
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Retail Banking Technology experience
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Proven success in self-managing roles with minimal supervision
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide Pega application support including PDC, ensuring high availability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead associated change initiatives
