Peer Support Specialist

Crosspoint Human Services is seeking a Peer Support Specialist with lived experience ofmental health challenges and/or substance use recovery to support individuals in building trust, accessing services, and strengthening their path to recovery and stability. This role is grounded in support principles and values the power of shared experience to foster hope and connection. The Peer Support Specialist will work closely with participants and Crisis Counselors to promote engagement, self‑advocacy, and continuity of care.
