Peer Mentor Position Overview: Peer Mentor serves as informed and knowledgeable academic resources for new students in their first semester at Concordia University. The goal for peer mentors is to ease the adjustment to college life, enhance student access to academic support services, and encourage engagement in opportunities offered at CSP to support the students’ goals.
