JOB SUMMARY:
Provide coordination for the development, implementation, and ongoing operations of undergraduate course support programs focused on student learning, persistence and degree completion. Provide leadership and supervision for graduate and undergraduate student employees. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
Preferred Requirements:
A master's degree in Education, Learning Services, Psychology, or STEM field.
3+ years of experience working in student academic support programs.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Expected Salary Range
$52,100.00 - $58,926.00Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL:
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
