We partner with youth to realize their full potential, by creating opportunities, removing barriers and promoting social justice.Overview: The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Peer Accountability Council (PAC). This position will be responsible for the PAC scheduling/calendars, coordinating services for students and parents, supporting students with the completion of sanctions and supporting the student reentry process. This position will create, maintain and monitor community service work site placements. The PAC Coordinator will also maintain records and perform general administrative duties as necessary. This position will facilitate Juror orientation, Restorative Sessions and Aftercare Workshops twice per month, coordinate and attend weekly meetings with staff at both locations in Greece and support reentry meetings for students. Schedule: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 11-month year. Must have 1-2 evenings available weekly, as needed.Responsibilities:Complete intake assessment for students and parent/guardianTrack and update students and staff on the status of sanction compliance by maintaining contact via one-on-one meetings, mail and/or phoneProvide and collect program evaluations for PAC's proceedings, orientations, and trainingCoordinate and facilitate orientations, training and workshopsAssist in coordinating and supervision of volunteers and interns Attend Greece Town Court to coordinate Teen Court referrals for District Students Compile potential teen court case list in Greece Town CourtComplete judge's potential teen court case forms Required Qualifications: High School Degree OR GED OR Equivalent / Bachelor's Degree preferredExperience working/ volunteering with children, students or familiesFamiliarity with the Community Schools StrategyA valid Drivers licenseSkills: Excellent communication, organizational and time managementStrong clerical and data entry skillsStrong knowledge in Google WorkspaceIntermediate knowledge in Microsoft OfficePay Rate: $20- $22 per hour The Center for Youth Provides Equal Employment Opportunities
