    • License/Certs: Valid Michigan RN license; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Experience: Prior neonatal intensive care nursing experience preferred

    What You’ll Do
    • Provide specialized neonatal care for critically ill newborns in the NICU
    • Manage complex medical conditions including respiratory distress, intrauterine growth restriction, jaundice, and sepsis
    • Support families through high-stress situations with clear communication and emotional support
    • Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central line insertion, paracentesis, spinal taps, and exchange transfusion
    • Utilize ventilation management equipment including oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy
    • Monitor and maintain thermoregulation and ventilator support to ensure optimal neonatal outcomes
    • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans and maintain high standards of care

    What You Need
    • Valid Michigan RN license or ability to obtain licensure
    • Minimum 2 years of neonatal ICU experience
    • Strong skill set in intubation, ventilator management, and advanced neonatal procedures
    • Excellent communication skills and emotional resilience
