    We’re hiring a Pediatrician who wants predictable weekday hours, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through community-based pediatric care.

    You’ll step into a 100% outpatient role focused on comprehensive pediatric primary care. You’ll provide preventive care, well-child visits, acute care, chronic disease management, and ongoing patient education while working alongside an established clinical support team in a patient-centered environment.

    What makes you a great fit

    • You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
    • You hold a clear and active California medical license
    • You maintain a current DEA registration
    • You’re comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient pediatric care

    • New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $230,000–$282,870
    • Provider bonus plan
    • Longevity pay
    • Sign-on bonus available
    • Medical insurance: Approximately $46 per paycheck
