Pediatrician – Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health, monitor development, and deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient and inpatient medical care

• Monitor patient health, growth, and developmental milestones from birth through young adulthood

• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions

• Collaborate with the Medical Director on complex diagnoses and treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and treatment plans as appropriate

• Participate in daily team meetings, case discussions, and clinical huddles

• Serve as a preceptor and mentor to medical students and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant students

Schedule & Availability

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime based on patient needs

Travel Requirements

• Ability to rotate between multiple clinic locations as needed
