Dedicated pediatric ORs with expansion plans; equipment investment supported
APP support model with physician extender integration
Schedule Flexibility:
Protected admin day
Ability to influence clinical and OR schedule
Program Building:
Take over an existing practice with growth runway
Opportunity to develop specialty clinic at the Multispecialty Center
Robotics supported; hospital will invest in training and equipment as needed
