At Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy, we believe communication is about so much more than speech.

    It's connection.

    It's confidence.

It's helping a child ask for their favorite snack, tell a parent "I love you," advocate for themselves, make a friend, or share an exciting story.

    Those moments change lives.

We're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who believes exceptional communication begins with exceptional relationships—and who wants to help build a practice where children, families, and clinicians all thrive.

    Why Clinicians Choose Chatterbox

We know you have choices when it comes to where you build your career.

At Chatterbox, we've intentionally created an environment where clinicians feel supported, respected, challenged, and encouraged to grow—because we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people.

    Here, you'll find:

    • A collaborative team of Speech, Occupational, Physical, and Music Therapists who genuinely enjoy learning from one another.
    • Child-led, neuro-affirming, evidence-informed care that honors each child's strengths, interests, and individuality.
    • Meaningful mentorship for both Clinical Fellows and experienced clinicians.
    • A hybrid compensation model that values both direct patient care and the clinical work that happens outside the therapy room.
    • Dedicated administrative support for scheduling, insurance authorizations, and billing, allowing you to focus on children and families.
    • Leadership committed to transparency, servant leadership, and investing in people—not just productivity.
    • A workplace where appreciation, integrity, empathy, responsibility, and continuous growth aren't just words—they're part of how we care for one another.

    A Variety of Clinical Opportunities

No two clinicians are exactly alike—and neither are our caseloads.

We'll work with you to build a schedule that aligns with your interests, strengths, and professional goals.

Depending on your preferences, opportunities may include:

    • Outpatient pediatric therapy in our collaborative clinic
    • Early Intervention services through Georgia's Babies Can't Wait program
    • Therapy provided in children's natural environments
    • Telehealth services, when appropriate
We believe children make the greatest progress when they're supported across the environments where they live, learn, and play. Whether your passion is early language development, AAC, feeding, autism, speech sound disorders, social communication, or Early Intervention, you'll have the opportunity to build a meaningful and rewarding career.

    The Ideal Team Member

    Technical knowledge matters.

    Character matters just as much.

We can teach systems and continue developing clinical skills. What we're really looking for are people who lead with humility, curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve others.

The clinicians who thrive here don't just provide excellent therapy.

    They become trusted teammates.

They celebrate another therapist's success as enthusiastically as their own.

They step in to help without being asked.

They welcome feedback because they know growth never stops.

They understand that serving children well begins with serving one another well.

    Who Thrives at Chatterbox

The clinicians who feel most at home here naturally demonstrate the values that shape our culture.

    Appreciation

You celebrate small victories, intentionally encourage children, families, and teammates, and recognize that every step forward deserves to be celebrated.

    Service

You believe serving children and families is about more than providing therapy—it's about building trust, offering hope, and making a lasting difference.

    Professional Growth

You're curious. You ask thoughtful questions. You seek feedback and enjoy learning because you know there's always another opportunity to become a better clinician.

    Integrity

You communicate honestly, take ownership of your work, and do the right thing even when no one is watching.

    Responsibility

You understand that being part of a team means supporting one another, communicating proactively, and contributing to something bigger than yourself.

    Empathy

You see the whole child—and the whole family. You recognize that every family has a unique journey and approach each interaction with kindness, compassion, and respect.

If these values resonate with you, there's a good chance you'll feel right at home here.

    Qualifications

    • Licensed or eligible for Georgia licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
    • ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship eligible
    • Passion for working with children from birth through young adulthood
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Commitment to evidence-informed, family-centered care
Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

We believe exceptional clinicians are developed through mentorship, curiosity, and support—not simply years of experience.

    Our Hybrid Compensation Model

We recognize that excellent therapy doesn't begin and end when a treatment session does.

    Planning.

    Documentation.

    Caregiver education.

    Clinical reasoning.

    Team collaboration.

These responsibilities are essential parts of providing outstanding care.

That's why our clinicians are compensated for both:

    • Direct treatment time
    • Administrative time, including documentation, treatment planning, caregiver communication, collaboration, and other clinical responsibilities
Because your expertise extends far beyond the minutes spent in the treatment room.

    Benefits

    Our full-time clinicians enjoy:

    • Hybrid compensation model with paid treatment time and paid administrative time
    • Competitive compensation based on experience, credentials, and schedule
    • Health reimbursement through QSEHRA
    • 401(k) with employer match
    • CEU reimbursement
    • ASHA dues reimbursement (SLPs)
    • Licensure reimbursement
    • Liability insurance
    • Chromebook, Microsoft 365, and EMR access
    • Extensive online continuing education library
    • Mentorship from experienced clinicians
    • Collaborative multidisciplinary team
    • Opportunities in outpatient therapy, Babies Can't Wait Early Intervention, and telehealth

    Maybe We're the Right Fit...

We know we're not the right fit for every clinician—and that's okay.

If you're looking for a place where collaboration is expected, relationships come before productivity, families are true partners, and lifelong learning is part of the culture, we think you'll feel right at home.

If you're looking for a team that values humility, curiosity, service, and excellence, we'd love to meet you.
