*Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
*Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
*Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
*Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence
*Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
*Support quality improvement initiatives and department goals
*Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture

Qualifications*Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
*Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
*Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain)
*Pediatric therapy experience required
*Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
