Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Trauma experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Extracorporeal experience preferred. Hamilton C6 experience preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Self-scheduling and special scheduling accommodations are not permitted; all schedules are assigned based on unit staffing needs. All RTO must be final and accurate; any additional RTO requested after offer acceptance will not be approved. Parking costs $125/month.

Unit Details: Patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatric patients, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Travelers are expected to clock in on the 8th Floor as early as 6:38 am and report promptly at 6:45 for huddle. Every other weekend. No call.

Floating Requirements: Must float between SRC and YSC campuses (1 block away from each other, they share a parking lot and have a shuttle for travelers).

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
