Job Summary: Pediatric Residency Program Coordinator Seeking a Pediatric Residency Program Coordinator to join BCHP in Valhalla, NY. Pay rate $25/hr-$30/hr, negotiable based on experience.The Program Coordinator, under the direction and supervision of the Program Director, is responsible for assisting in the day-to day and long-term management of all educational and program activities. The Program Coordinator provides administrative support to Program Leadership (Program Director, Associate/Assistant Program Directors, Chief Residents). In addition, the Program Coordinator acts as a liaison between attending physician faculty, residents, medical students and the Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) to provide an optimal educational experience for trainees in an excellent clinical learning environment. The Pediatric Residency Training Program at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital (MFCH) is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). Our program contains 63 physicians-in-training, who each work in our children’s hospital and its associated faculty practices for three years to become board-certified pediatricians. MFCH is part of Westchester Medical Center, a large, multispecialty academic hospital located on a beautiful campus in Valhalla, NY, which also is home to New York Medical College, our affiliated medical school.
