We’ve been caring for New Jersey families for over 40 years, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team!

 

You’ll help deliver safe, high-quality care by preparing patients and treatment rooms, assisting the Dentist during procedures, taking radiographs, and keeping accurate records. Working alongside Dentists, Hygienists, EFDAs, and our office team, you’ll help create positive experiences for patients and families while following New Jersey regulations, OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, and company standards.

 

At a glance

Pay: $32-$34/hour, based on experience
Sign-on bonus: $2,500 paid after 30 days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm (until 6:00 pm every other Tuesday)
Location: Lodi, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists chairside: passing instruments, suctioning, and preparing and placing materials
• Take digital radiographs [adjust if film]
• Help kids feel calm and comfortable, especially first-timers and nervous patients
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about visits and home care
• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms according to our protocols
• Clean, package, and sterilize instruments (autoclave and Statim) following OSHA and infection-control standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved dental assisting program with current New Jersey RDA registration
• Current New Jersey radiology (X-ray) license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint background check, which is required for working with children
• Patience, warmth, and a genuine enjoyment of working with kids
