Austin Radiological Association (ARA) is seeking Pediatric Radiologists to join our growing pediatric section in Austin, Texas. We are welcoming candidates with interests in Pediatric General/Body Radiology, Pediatric Interventional Radiology, or a combination of both.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a close-knit team of pediatric specialists providing advanced imaging and procedural care to children throughout Central Texas. With more than 90% pediatric cases, you can maintain a true pediatric focus while benefiting from the clinical variety, resources, and subspecialty support of one of the country's most established radiology practices.
Based at Dell Children's Medical Center, our pediatric team cares for a broad and complex patient population, including patients from throughout Central Texas and beyond. The hospital is home to the region's only Level I Pediatric Trauma Center and Level IV NICU, creating a sophisticated and diverse clinical environment for pediatric radiologists.

The pediatric section provides subspecialist support for Pediatric Neuro, MSK MRI, and Interventional Radiology, allowing you to focus on your area of expertise while working within a comprehensive pediatric radiology team.

Typical Clinical ScheduleWeekday daytime shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
The practice also offers flexible internal moonlighting, including shift-based and pay-per-study opportunities, allowing physicians to increase their earning potential when desired.

ARA is a nationally recognized radiology practice with a 73+-year legacy of excellence and more than 118 radiologists+ serving hospitals and outpatient imaging centers throughout Central Texas. ARA currently serves 24 hospitals and operates 18 outpatient imaging centers, with expansion plans underway to grow to 19 outpatient imaging centers by the end of 2026.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $500,000–$1,000,000
