Pay: $34–$35/hour
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thur 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM and Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

First Day Homecare is seeking a compassionate, experienced RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy and G-tube in Cleveland County, NC.
This is a rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful connection with your patient while making a lasting difference in the life of a child and their family.
Patient Care Responsibilities
- Provide tracheostomy care, including routine and emergency trach changes
- Perform airway management and suctioning
- Administer G-tube feedings and medications as ordered
- Monitor patient condition and provide skilled nursing interventions as per ordered plan of care
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in North Carolina
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Required hands-on experience performing tracheostomy changes
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Dependable, compassionate, and confident providing independent nursing care
