This position offers you the opportunity to practice alongside four other primary care providers and our dedicated and highly trained staff. In this outpatient setting, you will have a set Monday - Friday schedule where you’ll be able to focus entirely on primary care. There is a lab on-site and sub-specialists in the area.

Compensation and Incentives
- Competitive base salary of $230,000–$245,000
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual quality incentive of up to $16,000, guaranteed in full during the first year
- Quarterly bonuses based on patient volumes

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
