You'll join a team of 8 faculty, plus fellows and residents. Patient demand is high and growing. You'll walk into a full schedule, not build one from scratch.
- 3 clinic days, 1 OR day, 1 protected academic day
- Complex tertiary/quaternary referral base: strabismus, pediatric cataract, pediatric glaucoma, ROP
- Room to shape your practice around your interests: heavier clinical, heavier research, or a mix
- Additional ROP coverage opportunities at affiliated hospitals

- MD/DO, completed Ophthalmology residency
- Pediatric Ophthalmology fellowship
- Eligible for Maryland licensure
