What You’ll Do:

️ Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).

️ Provide hands-on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence.

️ Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress.

️ Maintain accurate documentation using our easy-to-use EMR system.

️ Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected graduation). Oklahoma OTA license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates). Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED– We provide interpreter support!
