All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. We currently have clinic and home/school based openings in Raleigh and Apex/Cary.
This position is ideal for pediatric occupational therapists who enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and working directly with families in real-life contexts where children live, learn, and play. We are locally and therapist owned and follow a therapist-led clinic model.

You will:
Conduct pediatric evaluations and standardized assessments in homes and community settings
Develop functional, individualized treatment plans aligned with daily routines
Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy in real-life contexts
Coach caregivers through practical, hands-on strategies
Co-treat with speech therapists
Monitor progress and adjust interventions thoughtfully
Maintain timely and compliant documentation
Communicate consistently with families and the AAT team to ensure coordinated care
Plus, you will have the flexibility to structure your schedule while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with the practice.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active North Carolina OT License
Ability to work independently in community settings
Preferred Qualifications
One year of pediatric experience
Experience in pediatric settings
Experience with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delays
Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling systems
