    Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time | Autism Experience Needed | Cranford, NJ
    Clinician-Owned | Outpatient Pediatrics | Multidisciplinary Clinic 

    A clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice across Bergen County, NJ is growing, and building their team intentionally. Because leadership has lived this work firsthand, the culture shows it: strong admin support, meaningful peer collaboration, and room to grow in the direction you want.

    Monday through Friday, 9-5; no evenings or weekends required!

    Compensation:

    • $75,000–$85,000
    • W2, Salary
    • In person

    The Role:

    • Clinic-based, in-person treatment
    • 30-minute treatment sessions
    • Full administrative team handles scheduling and materials — you focus on patients
    • Full-time or flexible part-time schedules available

    What You'll Need:

    • OTD or MOT from an accredited program
    • Active NJ OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
    • Genuine enthusiasm for play-based, movement-centered pediatric therapy
    • Autism experience preferred
    • Strong communicator with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
