We offer a starting salary of $85,000, commensurate with experience, along with structured professional development and clinical collaboration within an independently operated practice.

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at NJDPT, you will collaborate with an experienced team of Doctors of Physical Therapy while bringing your pediatric occupational therapy expertise and clinical autonomy to our interdisciplinary practice. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and expansion of NJDPT's pediatric occupational therapy services, including care for children with autism and other developmental conditions, while building your own pediatric caseload.

• Development of clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and patient-care skills needed to practice at the full scope of the profession

• Expand your clinical lens through exposure to imaging, diagnostics, and lab data
• Participate in advanced case discussions, treatment roundtables, and meaningful clinical collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $85,000, commensurate with experience

Schedule & Caseload

• Patient-centered caseload supporting individualized pediatric occupational therapy care
• Flexible full-time scheduling options

• Low patient volume designed to support clinical learning and development
• Opportunities to contribute to the continued development of pediatric and autism services through interdisciplinary collaboration
• Opportunities to grow clinically, pursue advanced training, and contribute to interdisciplinary clinical initiatives
