What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, physical, and functional needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence and participation in everyday activities
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary therapy team
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that improves outcomes for children
- Complete documentation and participate in care planning and team collaboration
Qualifications
Required
- Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligible for licensure) in North Carolina
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Preferred
- Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience
- Passion for helping children and families succeed
- Collaborative, growth-minded approach to patient care
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
