The Clinical Team Lead is key in promoting high quality, patient-centered care. She/he is responsible for assisting physicians with procedures and treatments, general clinical duties, assisting in patient management, proper documentation of medical transactions, maintaining medical equipment/ instruments, and assisting in the daily operations of the office. The Clinical Team Lead is expected to maintain open, effective communication with the physicians, practice manager, practice executive, co-workers, patients, and outside vendors/agencies.
