We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Nurse Supervisor RN to join our thriving pediatric private practice with office locations in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens FL. Outstanding opportunity to join our expanding practice and work alongside highly-regarded pediatricians advanced practitioners and tenured support staff. Lead the recruitment hiring onboarding and continuous training of Medical Assistants MAs and Triage Nurse staff conduct performance reviews and manage scheduling to ensure optimal clinical coverage and a smooth-running office. Partner closely with the Quality Care Supervisor to continuously assess refine and improve clinical workflows enhancing both the staff day-to-day operations and the overall patient experience. Serve as the primary support and escalation point for the MA and Triage teams fostering a collaborative high-performing environment focused on operational success engage directly with patients to address and resolve concerns. Full-time schedule with competitive compensation and full benefits. Qualifications Experience Highly preferred in Pediatrics and Management Administration. Clinical Excellence Must love building relationships value bedside manner and possess excellent clinical skills. License Active Florida RN license.
