We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Nurse Supervisor LPN or RN to join our thriving pediatric practice with office locations in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens FL. Outstanding opportunity to join our expanding practice and work alongside highly-regarded pediatricians advanced practitioners and tenured support staff. Oversee the clinical staff MAs to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality outpatient care while providing ongoing support and supervision. Responsible for clinical staffing managing vaccine and supply inventory and providing direct support to the Medical Assistant team to ensure operational success. In this role you will lead clinical staff by managing schedules and performance reviews while ensuring the team is fully trained in pediatric procedures testing and documentation to maintain a smooth-running office. Clinical Excellence Must love building relationships value bedside manner and possess excellent clinical skills. License Active Florida LPN or RN license.
