The Position
Our client is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join their growing healthcare team. The provider will deliver comprehensive pediatric primary care, including well-child visits, sick visits, physicals, preventive care, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Active Florida APRN License
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) Certification Required
- Active DEA License or Ability to Obtain
- BLS Certification
- Pediatric Primary Care Experience Preferred
- New Graduates with Relevant Pediatric Clinical Experience Encouraged to Apply
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients
- Perform well-child visits, sick visits, physical examinations, and preventive screenings
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Monitor growth, development, and developmental milestones
- Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide immunizations and preventive healthcare services
- Educate patients and families on nutrition, wellness, disease prevention, and healthy development
- Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
