Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, NW Ohio (PNP Required)

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our outpatient specialty team at Wellness Park in Findlay, NW Ohio.

Position Highlights

• REQUIREMENT: Minimum of 2 years of pediatrics experience
• Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians
• Average volume 25 patients per day Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
• Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
• Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting
• No hospital call, "light" phone call 1:3

Compensation & Benefits (40 hours/week)

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
• Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time
• wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000 - $20,000+ annually
• CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 per year
