Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our established Pediatric & Adolescent Primary Care practice. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, patient-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while providing high-quality care to children and adolescents.


This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, family-oriented practice with an established patient base and collaborative clinical team.


Schedule


  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • No Saturday clinic from the second week of May through September
Qualifications


  • Current and active RN and NP license in the State of Georgia
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Certification through AANP, ANCC, or equivalent accredited organization
  • Current CPR and BLS or PALS certification required
  • Minimum of 6 months Pediatric Nurse Practitioner experience required
  • Candidates must already be licensed and credentialed to practice in Georgia
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records and e-prescribing systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and staff
Responsibilities


  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric and adolescent patients
  • Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate
  • Prescribe medications and treatment plans according to established clinical guidelines
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
