    General Dentist – Pediatric-Friendly | Porterville, CA

    Full-Time | Growing Practice | Supportive Team Environment


    We’re looking for a pediatric-friendly dentist who wants to practice in a community-focused clinic setting in Central California. Our locations (Visalia, Fresno, Delano, and Porterville) offer the best of both worlds: a strong patient base and an easy drive from anywhere in the Valley.

    What You’ll Love About This Role:
    • Pediatric-focused practice with a strong reputation in the community

    • Full-time work schedule: 5 days a week w/one Saturday a month - those weeks will still only be a 5 day work week

    • Well-established patient base, including children and teens

    • Clinical autonomy with mentorship and growth opportunities

    • Competitive compensation with daily guarantee or % of net production whichever is greater

    • Earning potential starts at $220k/year based on experience

    • Benefits include medical, dental, vision,  in-house CE available and 401(k)

    What We’re Looking For:
    • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program

    • Active California dental license (or eligibility to obtain)

    • 1+ years of experience preferred but open to recent grads with strong pediatric skills

    • H1b candidates are encouraged to apply

    • Excellent communication skills with both patients and parents

    • A warm, friendly, and professional chairside manner

    • Strong interest in working with pediatric and family populations
