Build your pediatric emergency medicine career in a highly regarded, community-focused hospital in northern New Jersey. TeamHealth is seeking pediatricians with EM experience to join the pediatric emergency department at Chilton Medical Center, part of the prestigious Atlantic Health System.

This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment while caring for approximately 10,000 pediatric patients annually. Physicians work within a dedicated pediatrics hybrid unit featuring pediatric emergency and acute-care capabilities, allowing clinicians to deliver comprehensive care while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Opportunity Highlights

• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatricians (ABP/AOBP) with PEM experience preferred
• Current openings for part-time and PRN positions
• Independent contractor (1099) status
• Epic EMR
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Active New Jersey medical license required

• 7 pediatric emergency department beds
• 4 acute-care pediatric beds
• Approximately 10,000 pediatric patient visits annually
• 6% admission rate
• 24 hours of pediatric emergency medicine physician coverage daily
• Flexible 12-hour shifts: 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am

Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $185 to $210 hourly. This is an independent contractor role.
