    Practice Overview

    This 14-operatory pediatric dental office is designed for comfort, efficiency, and total wellness. The clinical environment is calm and welcoming, with a focus on reducing anxiety and creating positive experiences for children. Equipped with digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and a Trios scanner, the practice uses Eaglesoft for charting and operates in a mostly paperless format.

    The team includes experienced assistants, hygienists, and dedicated front office staff, all working together under a supportive and mission-minded owner.

    Patient Demographics

    • Pediatric patients up to 21 years old

    • 80% Medicaid, 15% PPO, 5% cash

    Compensation and Benefits

    • $1,000/day starting base (or 40% of collections preferred)

    • High patient demand and excellent income potential

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, restorations, preventive services, and extractions

    • Create a calming, trusting environment for young patients and their families

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, consistent care

    • Communicate clearly with patients, parents, and staff

    • Support the overall success and reputation of the practice

    Qualifications

    • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution

    • Active Delaware dental license or ability to obtain

    • Comfort and interest in working with pediatric patients

    • Excellent clinical and communication skills

    • Open-minded, team-oriented, and service-focused
