    Pediatric Dentist – Bowling Green, OH

     

    A growing dental practice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to provide high-quality oral healthcare services to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. This role offers the opportunity to practice patient-centered dentistry while building trusted relationships with patients and their families in a collaborative clinical environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions in pediatric patients

    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's oral health needs

    • Provide preventive, restorative, and therapeutic dental services

    • Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations

    • Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed

    • Maintain accurate and complete patient records and treatment documentation

    • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences

    • Promote a comfortable and positive environment for pediatric patients and their families

    • Adhere to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of dental practice

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

    • Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program

    • Current dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice

    • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
