We are a new, family centered practice dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles in a warm & welcoming environment. We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, & responsible Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to become an early team member and play a key role in helping establish clinical workflows, organization systems, and the overall culture of the practice as we grow.
We are a combined pediatric and orthodontic office offering cross-training for candidates who are eager to expand their skills.
What we're Looking for:- Dependable and punctual
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Open to cross-training in orthodontics
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities:- Chairside assisting for pediatric dental procedures
- Instrument sterilization & operator setup
- Digital radiographs
- Supporting efficient patient flow
- Answer phones with professionalism & warmth
- Schedule & confirm patient appointments
- Participate in marketing & community outreach efforts
- Assisting with orthodontic procedures (training provided)
- Help grow the practice through excellent patient service & engagement
