    Description

    Petite Smiles is a modern, state-of-the-art pediatric dental office focused on delivering high-quality care and creating a positive experience for every child. We are looking for a team-oriented, energetic Dental Assistant who enjoys working with kids and wants to grow with our practice.

    Schedule (Current Hours):
    • Mon, Wed - 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
    • Fri: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM.

    Opportunity for additional hours as we grow, particularly on Thursdays.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience.
    • Proficient with diagnostic radiographs.
    • Must be able to consistently open contacts on radiographs.
    • X-ray certification required.
    • CPR certification required.
    • Reliable, punctual, and professional.

    What We’re Looking For:
    • Excellent with kids — able to create a fun, positive experience.
    • Positive attitude and strong team player.
    • Coach-friendly and able to improve from feedback.
    • Organized, efficient, and proactive.

    Responsibilities:
    • Chairside assisting.
    • Taking high-quality radiographs.
    • Creating a comfortable experience for pediatric patients.
    • Maintaining OSHA/HIPAA standards.
    • Assisting team as needed.
