    Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Dental Assistant role located in Huntington Park, CA. The Pediatric Dental Assistant will support dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing treatment rooms, setting up instruments, and assisting chairside. Daily tasks include taking and processing dental radiographs, sterilizing and organizing equipment, updating patient records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The role involves communicating clearly with children and caregivers, providing oral hygiene instructions, and helping maintain a calm, friendly environment that reduces patient anxiety. The Pediatric Dental Assistant will also assist with scheduling, patient flow, and basic front-office coordination as needed to support efficient practice operations.

    Qualifications

    • Dental assisting skills, including chairside support, instrument preparation, and familiarity with common pediatric dental procedures.
