Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Join Our Pediatric Care Team!
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule: Monday -Â Friday, 8:00 AM -Â 5:00 PM (One evening until 7:00 PM, No weekends)
Pay: $17 - $21/hour (Based on experience)

Your Role
As a Pediatric Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you'll play a vital role in supporting providers and ensuring smooth patient care. You'll work closely with families and the clinical team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care Support: Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
- Administer Treatments: Give vaccines, perform lab draws, and complete point-of-care testing.
- Accurate Documentation: Record patient information and care details in the EHR system.
- Family Education: Provide instructions and guidance on treatments and preventive care.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule follow-ups and maintain continuity of care.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for patients and families.
- Collaborate: Work as part of a positive, supportive team.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current CMA certification required.
- Experience: Pediatric or healthcare experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Certifications: BLS required; PALS preferred.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, efficient, and team-focused.
