Qualifications:

• You will need to hold a Master' s degree or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and a current Indiana state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain upon hire).
• NBCOT Certification (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Position Details:

• $5000 Sign on Bonus!
